The Saints' NFL draft, Chris Ivory and Malcolm Jenkins fallout, and more on 'Black and Gold Today'
The New Orleans Saints' draft maneuvering and their trade of running back Chris Ivory highlighted a busy weekend for the team; Larry Holder talked to Ivory about the trade. Holder also examines why players like Ivory are Coach Sean Payton's best sales tool for undrafted players the Saints want to sign.
The Saints' selection of safety Kenny Vaccaro raises questions about what's next for Saints safety Malcolm Jenkins. Holder caught up with Jenkins, who talks about the uncertainty that's heightened because he's in the final year of his rookie contract. Watch again Tuesday when Holder continues to break down the Saints' draft moves and what they mean for the team. Re: The Saints' NFL draft, Chris Ivory and Malcolm Jenkins fallout, and more on 'Black and Gold Today'
by seasons end i think harper will be the odd man out. age, money and next years cap all work against him.
If Vacarro is half of what he is billed to be it will free Jenkins up to do his thing and by mid season we should start to see the effect of the draft Then add in I hope, improved play by the conerbacks he should be the player we all thought we would get |

I'll be happy once we get rid of Harper and start Vacarro at SS and Jim Leonhard or Quddus at FS
