Bills hire away Saints scout

Saints area scout Jim Monos is leaving for the Buffalo Bills to become the team's director of player personnel. The Bills announced the move Thursday morning.

Monos was a scout with the Saints since 2005 and was in charge of keeping an eye on college players in the Southeast region.

We're done with him for 2013. Maybe we can find someone that can scout a defense.

I have seen Sean Payton and Micky Loomis given credit for finding these players... However for the sake of discussion, I must point out a few things.

Jhari Evans ~ Bloomaburg
Jermon Bushrod ~ Townson
Akiem Hicks ~ Regina
Marques Colston ~ Hofstra
Cam Jordan ~ California

Guy must have been good. When other teams raid your staff that is an Indiacator that you have a quality people

Quality is subjective... I would say higher quality.
