New Orleans Saints will shift defensive end Will Smith to outside linebacker when OTAs open Tuesday
this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; I don't think he can start at OLB and run with TEs and receivers, but on passing downs he would just be a 4th Dlineman who is standing up....
