Vima and Colston are obvious candidates. Both are standouts on the field and are looked to for leadership. Another that probably doesn't immediately spring to mind but who should be in the conversation is Zach Strief. He came in as an unknown 7th rd pick and carved out a nice career playing along the line and performing well when called on. Now he's the undisputed starter at RT and a team leader. He's also active in the community and is highly respected by his team mates and coaches. Guys like this who don't necessarily have greatest talent but manage to hang with the big boys on determination and craftsmanship deserve nothing but respect.

Shanle comes to mind. He never had great physical Tools for an NFL player, he is a freak among ordinary people. But worked hard and made plays and kept his roster spot against all competition up until this year.
