Saints sign DB Chris Carr
this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; He was a rather effective cornerback when he was with the Ravens. I remember enjoying watching him play. On the other hand, signing him would appear to contradict Rob Ryan's statement that this is one of the "most talented" secondaries ...

He was a rather effective cornerback when he was with the Ravens. I remember enjoying watching him play. On the other hand, signing him would appear to contradict Rob Ryan's statement that this is one of the "most talented" secondaries he's ever worked with. I guess the more the merrier.
