Victor Butler has torn his ACL
this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; I think an ACL injury that only takes a few weeks would be like a strain or something that didn't need surgery. From what I have read this is a tear (not sure if partial or complete) and will need ...

I think an ACL injury that only takes a few weeks would be like a strain or something that didn't need surgery. From what I have read this is a tear (not sure if partial or complete) and will need surgery, so I expect it would be in the months category, I guess it just depends on how many months if he will get any playing time this season or not.
