This works for JazzFest, Saints games and anything else:

Get a 16oz contoured flask (or two)
Ace bandage (or two)
Alcoholic beverage of choice (mine is Crown on game day)
Fill flask with alcohol
Wrap contoured flask on inside of thigh with ace bandage
WALK INTO SUPERDOME
