Supporting Brooks

This is a time when all moon/sunshiners need to come together in support of Brooks. It's his time to elevate this team on his shoulders. The mainstay of the offense is down. I know his leadership has been in question for a long time. We all know he has the talent, and I think he'll be embracing this new challenge not having Deuce. Let's all put our energy into Aaron lifting this team.

PS A little prayer never hurts either.

One thing is sure - there really aren\'t ANY excuses left. You\'re right, it is time for Brooks to show what he\'s got as a leader and consistent winner.

My thoughts - he does it. The Saints may not win many, but it definitely won\'t be Brooks\' fault. I think the guy keeps putting up 250 yards and 2 TDs every week... or more. He\'ll have a bad game or two and people will jump on him, but I think he proves it in the next month or two.

one other thing is for sure he needs blocking n good play calling. this is not a one man show. no one man has vere taken his team to the super bowl. without support theres nothing he can do

Brooks is a young player, he needs time, patience and understanding from the fans as he develops into an elite QB... :rollinglaugh:

It seems to me, In the loss of Deuce, we are all understanding how much each player on a team needs his fellow players. That being said, I think The Saints will play better b/c now they won\'t be looking around for someone to step up. Each individual player will step up.
AB, Joe, The Fresh Prince, even Tebucky...
It was no accident in 2000. AB can lead, he just needs to be the man. Now he will revert to the form he undertook in 2000... Throw to Willie Jackson? NO, I\'ll run it. Dump it off to Terry Allen? Nope, I\'ll hit Joe Horn on the Fly...
We\'ll be fine offensively.
Let\'s just hope the defense decides they finally need to grow up.
Man I wish, wish every day, that someone would step up and call out his teammates. Then back it up on the field.

Good one Frankee I have to agree, it\'s just like 2000 when we went to the playoffs after alot of injuries to key players.
