Well n the mist of my drunkenness Saturday night I meet a 49ner fan... Not a man a women... She begins to tell me how the Saints offense is Mediocre at best ... (It gets better) I laughed when she told me that and also she begin to tell me how Kaepernick is better than Brees ! With her saying this so serious It struck a nerve and my Who Dat came out I began to explain to her the only thing Kaepernick is better at than Brees is getting Tattoo's... After 30 minutes of giving her straight facts of why we are going to beat them Nov. 17 we placed a bet and will be watching the game together ! Jus felt the need to share... It truly amazes me how dumb other teams fan are !

I believe the 49ers luck is running out.

I think they been fortunate that the refs have given them some very favorable calls the last couple of years to get to the point they are now.

49er fans have quickly got obnoxious, it happened over here in the UK aswell, two good seasons after nearly a decade of being average and they get on their high horse

Would like nothing better than our supposed "mediocre" offense to put a 40 burger on them and for their QB to kaeper "nicked" up

People hate Brees. They hate him because they fear him. Can't say the same for Kaepernick. There are only a couple of QB's that can handle the level of adversity Brees dealt with last season...Brady and Manning. Anyone else would faceplant.

AS, I think the odds are on your side. History says that there's probably a 50/50 proposition that Kaepernick won't be playing on Nov. 17th. QBs that spend considerable time outside the pocket don't survive long. RG3 is just the latest example.

PS: since this is SF, best have a DNA test kit on the ready. Looks can be deceiving.

... yep, and considering the fact that Kaepernick was one-call-from-a-competent-official away from being ousted in last years playoffs makes the whole "Kaepernick is better than Brees" argument pretty absurd, :lol: ... and by that I mean Green Bay woulda' gone on with home field advantage & in all probability, beat SF.

I do like the direction this thread is taking though, with "the bet" and all, :mrgreen:.

There really is no bet if the 49ners win.... Its all having to do with the Saints winning and if we do lose (witch we are not) hopefully our alcohol levels are to the point where the bet didn't even matter haha

I dunno about GB beating San Fran seeing how much GB regressed.

I think last years playoffs was quite a joke when you really look it, NFC and AFC, 2 NFC West teams head to the east coast to face Atl. Seattle nor San Fran probably should of never gotten the seed they got and if nothing else, Seattle probably should of never been in the playoffs (GB game), then you got Atl setting at #1 seed having face no real team all season except when they traveled to New Orleans, every other hard opponent came to them. 13-3 could be 9-7 real easily. Washington was just another joke that backed into the playoffs.

Its no wonder Baltimore won the SB when so many teams in both conferences just had down years, especially the NFC which IMO had no one that looked like they wanted to win except Seattle in the last part of the season.

49ers fans are the worst in the NFL. They are far and away the least knowledgeable about football of any fanbase that I've ever been around. They'll say things like they've been fans since before Montana, but they don't remember who took Montana's place. Even Raiders fans even laugh at them.

I dunno, the Falcon fans are quite dumb when it comes to football to, probably like 49er fans, but Falcon fans tend to live in a fantasy world where reality really bites.

But the truth about the 49ers of the 80s is their was little competition except the Giants. We just about ready to head into another era where the AFC is irrelevant like in the 80s. Hence the NFC winning the SB in 07, 09, 10, and 11. 4 out of 6 years and I believe NFC is going to go on streak starting this year.

All my friends who are whiners fans are already worried about having their teeth kicked in twice a year by the seahawks. They were a good defence in a horrible division for a while, but Kaepernick is going to get his head taken off by one of those roid freaks in Seattle sooner or later.
