I didn't know you were from Thibodaux brother. When my mom first got into teaching many years ago, we lived in Houma for a few years and I went to Coteau-Bayou Blue Elementary. I have many memories of the Houma/Thibodaux area. Ok... back to football!

Born in Thibodaux, Raised in Bayou Cane/Houma/Broadmoor...

A good friend of my from St. Matthews did a great job of restoring his home on Country Estate Drive just down from your Mom's Old School...

Coteau is sharing in the modest growth spurt right now...

Unfortunately, traffic between Houma-Thibodaux is as bad as Kenner/Metairie/Jefferson was twenty years ago...

We're not exclusive of Dumb Politicians and Poor Developmental Planning...one day I'll have to tell the story of a parish councilman that recommended dredging the Intracoastal Waterway rather than building new bridges to be in compliance with navigational traffic - guess I just did - True Story, Public Record, And we're surrounded by morons that keep electing them - or so we're told...

There's a modest growth spurt down in this area - it's really changed...

We even got a Twin Peaks before New Orleans Metro Area!!! Go Figure?!?

All we need is a La Madeleine for Breakfast and Zea's for Supper with a Barnes & Noble in between and we'd be all set as new restaurants along with the ole local ones keep opening, growing...

But yeah, looks like Johnny Football came to Thibodaux and couldn't hang - and Archie punted him out - so guess we're "on the map" if we weren't already...
