I have been here reading the post about AB having leadership and I laugh at how people in here are back and forth on this topic. It wasn’t AB that got the team up for that last drive down the field to score…. it was Donte Stallworth, or didn’t anybody see him running up and down the sidelines screaming at the offense? All AB did was go out and execute like he should have done. Now as far as his leadership abilities I reserve my opinion until all the facts are in. Aaron Stecker was not a surprise to me anyone that was at or watched the Jets preseason saw the ability he has. He is a great addition to the team. Fakier Brown – If we had a DB coach that knew what he was doing this kid would be starting by now. As soon as he can cover consistently he should be starting. Did any of you notice how physical he plays? He has made some big hits so far in every game; he almost looks like a safety. I love how he punishes people that catch the ball. Courtney Watson – you should all know I have a man crush on him. By next year this kid will be the best LB to come out of this past draft, and may even be in the top 10 MLB in the league. Is that to bold to say? I don’t think so. But as I am sure that this day of work will suck I am also sure that you guys will not agree….so Bring It!

Ok here we go.... Well how many times has Donte provided a spark for this team? Almost every time he touches the ball. So I would say he could be the person to rally this team when they need a little kick in the rear. About the camera being on him.... come on he plays just like he was acting on the sidelines. And you wanna talk AB winning the game let me see here... once again he threw the ball into coverage and was lucky that it wasn\'t picked off. So you mean to tell me that he led them. You must be joking. Luck doesn\'t equal leadership (And you can quote that if you want). But I will continue to take a watch and see stance on AB. Because he is only one fumble away from last year. Oh wait I’m sorry he did lead...he lead Pathon and over threw him for what would have been a touchdown.

Oh, I\'m sorry, was that the defense that passed the ball and got us into position to tie the game, and eventually pass again in overtime to set us up for the winning field goal? Look I\'ll be one of the last to ever say that the guy\'s game is perfect, I even think I mentioned in another post how he missed an audible call when they were stacking nine in the box. But to say, \"all he did was go out and execute like he should have done\", shall I remind you of the Billy Joe years? Yeah, he missed a few wide open recievers, but damn- he won the ****ing game, he walked away with the victory, and he should get some of the credit, as well as the O-line for turning things around this week, despite facing a weak pass rush, and the defense for stopping the Rams in overtime. I guess the Dolphin defense should be called out for allowing 13 points in a sloppy game. Baltimore allowed 9 points, I\'d bench the whole defense for allowing errors of concentration that would lead to the other team scoring points. Oh my God, Favre threw an interception yesterday, I\'d run his ass right out of Green Bay. You this hard on folks, I feel sorry for your children.
I guess next you\'ll be telling me that Creed has sold more albums on one record than all of Pearl Jam\'s combined.... Yeah, my memory is real long |

Which Billy Joe …….. Wait it doesn’t matter! You act like AB done something special, he done what he was supposed to do and it’s about time. Finally he found a way to keep a drive alive. He wanted a big contract and so far what we gave him was way too much for the way he has played, would you agree? I have never said that AB wasn’t a good player, but up until this year he has made a lot of bad decisions on where to go with the ball. Maybe this year will be different, but just because he was able to move the ball on one or two game winning drives doesn’t make him the ICON that people in here try to elevate him to. This is New Orleans he has to play mistake free for us to have a shot at anything. But I will give him this; so far this year his willingness to run when nothing is there kinda looks like the guy that put Jeff Blake on the bench. I hope he continues to play this way. As for the comparisons or examples you gave above those are almost as absurd as “I guess next you\'ll be telling me that Creed has sold more albums on one record than all of Pearl Jam\'s combined.... Creed has sold a lot of records. But anyway we are straying onto a topic I know a little about so back to the topic at hand. And as for my kids. I only have 4 nephews. So no need to feel sorry for them ……yet! Lol.
And about you memory …shouldn’t someone your age start slipping by now? |

Lol you don’t need to get the link. (Man everyone in here acts like they are arguing with their wife)…lol I forgot all about that until that last post…(maybe its my memory going). The reason that AB bothers me so is because he is supposed to be the answer at QB and has done nothing more than be an average QB with good numbers. I’m going by history, and if history repeats itself, then he will throw about 3 INT’s this week and fumble 2 times. Why do I say that? Because we should beat the crap out of this Arizona team. I was at a game where he was about to take a sack the guy had him by the leg and he threw the ball almost straight up in the middle of the field, and guess what happened? So until he gets to the super bowl or he beats the teams the he is supposed to CONVINCINGLY then yeah I still gonna contend that he is an average QB. |

Pearl Jam has out-sold Creed, so why would they want to become them? Hell, I wouldn\'t wish that on any band, even that Moron 7, which I equate to a Buick being rammed into my ears.
Give me Deftones and Mos Def anyday. |
