GAME BALLS
My gameball goes to john Carney.
But worth recognition Aaron Brooks Aron stecker micheal lewis Joe HORN Congrats too the D for keeping the Rams under 100 yards. Still man we need to get Mckenzie. Maybe it will stop teams from passing for 300 yards a game against us. A couple patterns to recognize here. For 3 straight weeks the feature back has only hadf 15 carries a game. I understand the reasoning because we have had too comeback in games but that is strange. The defense is yet too keep a team too under 20 points. The 2002 season was about the same. Anyhow I can't complain much where winning but ugly. |

Carney did miss a 51 yarder that would probably have clinched it for us. Rams took over at the 41.
But he also came through in the clutch. I\'d give my game ball to the guy who played much better than most thought he would... Brooks\' play wasn\'t a surprise Grants play wasn\'t a surprise Horn, Stallworth, Watson etc all played about their typical game. Aaron Stecker played his tail off and deserves it in my book. |

How about Rick Venturi and Mike Martz.
It seems that Venturi can have the defense ready to play. Mike Martz predictably plays a team that has given up nearly 200 rushing yards a week and refuses to try and run on them. Thanks Mike. By the way, are you related to the Haslett\'s? Stecker did do well. |

I must say I was surprised of Steckers perfonance. When I seen the highlight reel I thought I took some hullucinogenic mushrooms bye accident again. In Youngstown Ohio, they don\'t play Saints games much so I have to live off highlights from PRIMETIME on ESPN. Yeah my landlord won\'t let them drill so I can get direct tv.
