mckenzies agent!

this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; I hope they still be aggressive next year and draft Cory Webster, like they were with Sullivan. I know chances of getting him is slim without that extra 2nd rd pick...

Points against:

Atlanta: 39
Carolina: 41 (granted they\'ve played one less game)
Tampa: 56
New Orleans: 73

Sometimes ya gotta do something, even if it\'s wrong! LOL

The Defense needs help. I\'m an Ambrose fan, but our Defense needs help.

Chemistry will only get you so far. You have to have talent to go with it. I dont see how this can do anything but help this team. Mckenzie has talent and will immediatly be the best corner on this roster. Bringing him in for a second and a later pick IMO is a steal. How many good corners will be available in the second round next season? I just cant see any downside to this trade if it happens.

I think of greater concern is that McKenzie didn\'t play against the Colts BECAUSE HE WAS INJURED.
Sherman Expects McKenzie To Play Sunday
The question is, for who? LOL

That explains it.

Anybosy else think that McKenzie didn\'t play b/c of the trade and not b/c of an injury? Where\'s the 08 conspiracy theory here?

With no major slips during after season practices, and with teams in dire need of corners, top 10, easy. But technically, we all don\'t want to be drafting from this position, sans trade, do we?

Who,

I don\'t know where the conspiracy theory is, but I assure you the GB announcers were talking about how thin GB is at CB - if MM could have played, he would have.

I\'m pretty certain he was hurt. It was reported that the injury occured in practice. It is also not so unbelievable since he\'d been holding out, and no doubt was not exposed to serious conditioning and hitting for some time.
