There is one more, not mentioned there, and we need to watch out for it, people. They are also going to change the TEMPO and FLOW of the game, and not allow teams (like the Saints) to run the hurry up offense, unless it's the last two minutes of the half. They are going to set the ball and then WALK the umpire back to his spot, THEN signal from the ump to the other ref, and THEN it is okay to snap the ball. Chip Kelly at the Eagles, Payton Manning, Drew Brees, Tom Brady....all will be affected by this ruling. Watch for it in preseason, folks -- they are going to throw flags on Brees for rushing the count and snapping the ball too soon, to try and make him slow down.
