How have the Buccs managed such a big spending spree and stayed so far under the cap.

Oh well im sure revis will want a pay hike soon

Wait till next year... Same goes for the Panzies... That's when it hits the fan! Neither team is a threat to make the SB either.

They traded away Wright who was a colossal overpayment versus actual talent on the field, and they don't have a highly paid QB like the Saints and the Failclowns (Freeman has a $9.8M cap hit).

In any case, it doesn't really matter if they have cap space or not - they won't be fighting for the division title in all likelihood.
