Possible Away Jersey Change
In the official team's shop there are only 2 Elite jerseys, a home Brees and an away Brees. ( Saints Authentic Jerseys | Authentic, Mens, Womens, Kids Jerseys - New Orleans Saints Store )
If you look closely, the away jersey has a gold FDL on it. The away jerseys, of course, normally have black FDLs. If you look around the rest of the store, it looks like all the other jerseys are last year's (especially with out-dated numbers for Ingram, etc.). It's possible that the Brees jerseys are the only new jerseys made at the moment. It's also possible that they completely botched the away jerseys and we could be paying over $300 for some messed-up jerseys. Anyone know anything about it? Maybe we'll find out on Friday? (I haven't posted in forever. Sorry.) |
