Not a bad night for Cadet 13/40 yards but 1 carry was for 17 so 12/23 doesnt look so good.2/20 reception aswell though

Saalim needs to add a few moves to his routes , a fake , studder , juke something , everyones fast in the NFL , he's not going to do much running straight allowing someone to stick in coverage

Worried about that 1st team defense. The 2nd and 3rd looked great. Will Smith looked very slow trying to cover the back on the swing. But, 1st game. They will get it together i'm sure.....

Not saints related but i would not be happy if i was a cowboy official playing in oakland
Enough injuries as it is than risking more on a dirt field

Will looked pretty slow to me as well and again the 1st team D allowed Alex Smith to look comfortable. We got lots of work to do.

Overall thoughts?
McCown kept the offense moving nicely bar the stupid turnover
Parker-Toon-Tanner looked very good
Stills-pretty raw,there is a player there though
Defense looked pretty good barring Will Smith who just looked too slow,see how he goes next couple of games
the secodn-third strings very good

Special Team-Awful Failure in both returns and coverage F-

Yuck! I wish the chefs would have left their starting offense out there one more series so we could have seen if we could make adjustments or would have lost 70-0 in the regular season. Same with our offense. They did zero. Let them stay in a series or two to see if they could turn it around. All we learned from this game was that our self propelled tackling dummies could beat their self propelled tackling dummies. Other than the final score, which is totally meaningless, this game was a huge disappointment. :(

why don't they just turn preseason games into regular season games? THAT WAY WE CAN LIKE JUST WATCH THE STARTERS THE WHOLE TIME, RIGHT?!

Not feeling great about how we looked on offense or defense. The offense looked stagnant. The defense looked like last years. Will Smith need his ass cut like I've been saying from the jump. It is the dumbest move ever for him to play linebacker.

... because the NFLPA demands that if they have to play any additional games that they be paid that much more for it and season ticket prices are already at the point that people are saying to heck with them and buying a big screen TV and just watching at home.

The first drive we had fell apart mainly because of DLP getting had by that beast Poe dude and Stills dropping a pass. Not that bad really.

Just re-watched the first drive by the Chiefs. Will Smith was bad but he was third worst dude on that drive. The #2 guy that blew that drive is a tie. First up was Harper. I rewatched that play 10 times, and i know it was tight but Harper got juked by the TE and its not like Fasano is some super agile dude. The tie gets shared with kenny Vac who got caught napping and gave up a 3rd down conversion. #1 worst dude is a 3 way tie orchestrated by our LB corps being completely out of position and wandering around clueless and let JC right up the middle on us uncovered while Lofton watched.

That's what happened to me. Enough tickets floating around in my family that I get to 2 or 3 games a year whether I like it or not. But got to the point where I live in the city, they're on TV pregame, postgame, every game -- and the heck with them!

Bought a 50" HDTV!!

really, i am most worried about are ridiculous special teams. We cannot win if we keep giving the opposing teams starting position on the 40 every freaking kick off. This happened all last year.
