They ruled him down because S Roman Harper got a hand on him, but graham may have been able to break the tackle if it was full contact. ... I could see Payton mixing in some pistol but without Drew running the option just for formation and to find/abuse mismatches

The problem is, he doesn't tackle everyone he gets a hand on.
