53 = Active roster 46 = Can dress out and play 8-9 = Practice squad (Scout team) (9th allowed only if he lives outside of the US) So we end up with 53+ 8 on the practice squad for a total of 61, the cut off date for the 75 was Tuesday so we are there now... Expect 14 players to be gone by Sat @6pm E. This is why all of preseason ends tonight. |
