Re: Brian Baldinger must be expecting a blowout
At the risk of getting run out of town, there is a very real chance we could lose this game. When you take the black and gold tinted spectacles off, we are up against our biggest rivals who are coming off the back of a huge season and who have made some improvements whilst in other areas going backwards.
Is this likely to be a blowout in either direction? I highly doubt it. I do however figure that this is going to be an incredibly high scoring game. The Falcons offence is potent all around and this will be the first true test for our defence. I am not going to walk away from the SuperDome this Sunday (I have mentioned I'm going right? haha) being overly surprised if they drop 28 points on us. I do however think we can keep up quite comfortably. 31-28 Saints. Hartley nails a 50 yard FG with seconds on the clock to win when everyone is expecting him to hook the living bejeesus out of it and it only go about 38 yards ![]() |
