As Shakespeare once said: To Post or Not To Post .... that is THE question?

It's easier to look at the post than to look for it.

The guy was cut. What does his attorney expect to happen, that he'll be re-signed? Who cares what was written on his dismissal slip? He got paid extremely well for a year to rehab and never played a real down for the team. It was in the player's interest to hide injury and get "injured" again during training camp. It's in the team's interest to ferret it out.

I'm usually not on management's side in such disputes, but this guy's throwing good money after bad.

I'm not clear on exactly what was hidden if the injury they're referring to is the ACL tear ... if it kept him out the entire 2012 season, you're aware of it, eh? Did he tear it again and not report it to team doctors? It ain't something you can really hide ... if he can't play, he can't play, there's got to be a way to terminate the contract as well ...

Devils Advocate here. :)

This is the NFL brother if a contract could be terminated due to injury who would be left?

No one, but there are many levels of injury and contract/employment law that come into play.

I'm just wondering if it is the ACL injury they're referring to or if he had something else going on that he did not disclose to the organization and that could not be attributed to the organization, which would more clearly explain the Saint's position ... to me anyway. Right now, I'm confused over what was "hidden".
