Fully burdened Salary Cap deadline is today

Up until today only the top 51 players were counted against the cap. Now the whole boat counts... Pretty much all but coaches.

Sort of on the extreme side but an example. If we have $100 in cap room after everything is accounted for, Sean Payton can't take the team to dinner. Dinner is compensation and counts against the cap if the team pays for it.
