Exactly! Also Shaun Cody could be an interesting alternative if he is 100% after his injuries and surgeries from last season. He played pretty well for the Texans and could be available for pennies. Hampton or Kemoeatu could also be solid additions, although Hampton at 36 has definitely already seen his best days in football and Kemoeatu on his own right has been on the decline for some years now. Still, both could have a positive effect on the development of Jenkins as they're veterans with great depth of knowledge about how to play the nose position successfully. |

I don't like this one bit! We can't be doing a patchwork job on the D-Line and expect improvement to continue with the new defense. I know Big John will do fine as a starter but I agree with Jeanpierre that we should bring back Aaitui as a backup instead of shuffling Hicks around.
