Because Loomis and Payton screwed up drafting Ingram and are too stubborn to admit it... So we're destined to watch Ingram get stopped at the line of scrimmage for many games to come.

You know I feel the same frustration about Malcolm Jenkins, he was drafted higher than Ingram!! Burns me to know end.
