No pity from me. They had their chance last year.

Our division is pretty crappy. Bucs have the most talent of any team but they are a dumpster fire. Falcons were always overrated and outside of their top players, their overall roster is a joke. Panthers are the Panthers, irrelevant as always.

I dunno I would of said Carolina has a better roster than Atl or Tampa. I dont think Cam Newton is the answer though, Carolina is quite scary if they get a good QB.

Remember, Carolina has beaten us more in recent years than Atl or Tampa.

As far as the Falcons go though, they are some of the biggest overachievers in the NFL, have been since 2008. They are often rewarded with easy schedules where tough teams go there to play instead of them going outside of Atl to play a tough game. Its no surprise they went to Miami and lost, to me its quite shocking NE went in and won, and I dont believe the Patriots are all they are cracked up to be this year either, kind of tells you just how weak that Falcons team is. They complain losing Julio, Jackson, whatever else as the source of their problem. Saints and Patriots who both beat them, has had more injuries, it shouldnt be an excuse, especially since its not like they lost a QB.

Coaching is the problem with every team in the NFC South outside of the Saints. Cam Newton, Josh Freeman, and Matt Ryan would all be Pro Bowlers on the Saints roster. Payton would have Cam running the read option with Sproles. He'd have Freeman throwing deep bombs all over the field with that big arm of his. He'd have Matt Ryan being much more consistent, and looking oddly reminiscent of Drew Brees. Our coach is the x factor. We learned that for certain last year.
