... hard to believe a coupla' guys from NYC & Cleveland would even think like that ... and last year, at the Superbowl when he walked around the corner & thought he was in the wrong place ... he was probably in the right place ... from my personal, urban experiences,

Lol. There's never been a city like New Orleans. Every ward was the hood, and they had plenty of them every where you looked. I'm from the 9. My cousin from the 17. Got friends from the 7. All the rappers are from uptown. 3rd ward. Magnolia. Calliope. The Melph. I can see why it would be scary to an outsider. It should be. It was the murder capital for a long time.

I see his point, but it is in most big cities also and that point should have been made.
New Orleans is no worse than most others. You have to be "on gaurd" in most big cities.
