Lol. There's never been a city like New Orleans. Every ward was the hood, and they had plenty of them every where you looked. I'm from the 9. My cousin from the 17. Got friends from the 7. All the rappers are from uptown. 3rd ward. Magnolia. Calliope. The Melph. I can see why it would be scary to an outsider. It should be. It was the murder capital for a long time. |
