this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; I think the only thing keeping this team from being better than the Super Bowl year is the offensive line. However, the play of the defense is negating their piss-poor play....

This season it seems some people have the "too good to be true" going on but with 4 weeks of wins and no let down by the defense yet or in sight I've let go of 2012. While the ground game could be a lot better, Sean is compensating with the short passing game and we are getting it done, which is what championship caliber teams do!

SP is using the weapons he has, he is a master of at utilizing his playbook. He is one Coach that doesn't beat a dead horse, if it doesn't work on to the next.

Payton's scheming ability will hide our weakness until we face an opponent that has the personnel to cover our bevy of receivers one on one.
IMO, our biggest threat is Seattle. I'm not even afraid of San Fran. |

Re: 4-0
Bears don't scare me and we should be able to run on them. Reggie did. Texans should have beat Seattle. Shaub takes a sack instead of forcing the ball they punt the ball and Seattle has to drive and score which they couldn't do all game. Not saying our D is as good as Texans but we're getting close. Come gametime vs seachickens I can see Ryan putting 8 in the box and forcing Wilson to throw. The key will be putting a spy on Wilson just like the Texans did. Right now the only team that scares me is the Broncos so we don't have to worry about that until February!

Re: 4-0
Yeah, very glad we don't have the Broncos on our schedule this year, until post-season anyway...
