Chitown is a hard town and rough town. they do have some of the nastiest fans in the NFL. but they are on par with almost all the southern Lake Michigan fans. that bunch is in a world unto themselves

do not get me wrong those teams do have mostly good fans and are fun to be with but when you get down to the low of lows that region seems to take the turd prize

Doesn't sound to me like he was trying to be descriptive (no names or examples mentioned), but more just derogatory... Then again this is the new age where fat means good, loose clothes are tight, and thug is an endearing quality to some.
