The #1 most valuable part of this Franchise through the 1st Qtr is Sean Payton.

Well we all know Brees will never be the NFL MVP (that he should have gotten at least twice now) as long as Peyton is playing, so I say we should push for Jimmy Graham for that one. As far as the team MVP I would go with Drew, someone has to throw the ball.

Brees was merely mortal vs. Atl, and pretty awful against Tampa. Of course, in the last 6 quarters he has been unstoppable

Yep, hard to give it to just one player. The defensive improvements obviously spell the difference between this year and last.

Last year, with the same defense, we'd be 2-2 at best.

but i will go for a rookie for the biggest impact player so far:

on defense NT Jenkins. if it was not for him in the middle the rest of the DL would not get the glamor stats
