Re: The Odds: They're In Our Favor
Our short week to prepare just got a day shorter because the Saints are headed to chicago today instead of tomorrow to avoid hurricane Karen. That, and players fretting about their homes and families definitely spells disaster. I wish they'd just let us forfeit this one and not get anyone hurt.

Re: The Odds: They're In Our Favor
These guys get to spend a lot more times with their families than a normal working man. They will be just fine and they can afford to bring their familes up for the game if they like. I am good with going early and think it will help them relax and prepare if there is an "upset" ggame I don't think this one is it.

That storm isn't going to do crap. Sean and the team will be ready. We're going to have to cover Marshall and slow down Forte as much as possible. Let Bennett try and beat us.
I think Thomas and Robinson will have a lot of touches and we will still throw, but not as much. I also think we will see more of Humber in this one. |

But to use the same logic, I believe Drew has never lost to Chicago in the month of October...
I think what this game is going to come down to is Jay Cutler. Will it be the brilliant Jay Cutler who can do nothing wrong? Or will it be the clueless, error-prone Cutler we saw against the Lions. I'm betting on the clueless Cutler. |
