Agree, and what they will avoid to mention is that Brees only played half of those 54 games in the Dome. Quite a few of the other 27 games were outdoors and on grass.....like today against duh Bears.

I was trying to talk myself into not caring if he took the record, but damn it I cared a lot! I am so glad he came up short. He has enough rings and records, he can leave that one alone.

Lets not get ahead of ourselves. Glad Brady's consecutive game TD streak ended at 52 (2 short of Drew Brees' 54). But now, the Pats will be angry next week when the Saints play them. And Gronk MAY be back.

That is going to be one tough game.
