Chicago -- If utter confusion was New Orleans Saints defensive coordinator Rob Ryan's plan, then it worked to perfection early on Sunday against the Chicago Bears.
Bears left tackle Jermon Bushrod, who left the Saints in free agency this offseason, sometimes not only had no idea which of his former teammates was coming but he couldn't tell from where the Saints were coming. While Ryan's defense is new to Bushrod, the aggressive way the Saints are playing football is very familiar. "You can compare it to the Super Bowl year when (former defensive coordinator) Gregg Williams would mix up the fronts, mix up the looks," said Bushrod, referencing the 2009 season in which he also become a starter for the Saints. "That's what they did. "I have honestly never played a team where I have had the two defensive ends and the middle linebacker rushing over me. (Linebacker) Curtis Lofton was over me three or four times today. "You don't see that kind of stuff with a whole bunch of (defensive backs). They're pretty creative." Couldn't have happened to a more deserving city and fan base! I remember the signs at the 2006 Championship game. How's it feel Bear Fans? What's Jay Cutler done for you?

Don't care about revenge or one up man ship. Just glad we won. Now if it was the Clowns I would revel in it. But that is a different story.

I laugh so hard at the fact that the Cowboys gave up 51 points to the Broncos. The Cowboys defense is currently ranked 28th in the league. Pathetic that Jerry Jones decided to make Rob Ryan the scapegoat for his loser franchise.
