Yes Roy Boy is doing a fine a job with the players he has but the players were not the pile of garbage everyone makes them out to be in 2012.

He was given a gift with this defense.

Spags made nice addition but it was williams that laid the ground work for this defense

I think the verdict is still out on this. I am waiting for a team to score more than 20 though, in 2009 plenty teams did it.

Maybe Gregg Williams did lay the ground work, but Rob Ryan seems to be doing more than what Gregg Williams did. Their seems to be alot more balance on defense than we have seen in quite a while.

Ryan seems to be a better play caller than G.W. ever was... That might have been due to Williams not being able to get pressure without blitzing too...
