It had no effect on our NFC ranking, we are still #1. If it did anything it proved it's not easy to beat us. Even for a good team like the Pats it certainly required some "assistance" from what I witnessed but I'm fine with it. We've won games like that so what comes around goes around and I don't want to take away anything from the Pats. They played a great game.
