That this loss may in fact turn out to be the best thing to happen to this team as it relates to the regular season. This one was a bitter bill to swallow.

On another note:
Would y'all please stop pointing fingers hither and yon? Say we had a bad day (which we did). Say we got outplayed (which we did). Stop blaming the refs, for one. Bad calls happen, and yeah we were victimized, but in the end we were beaten by our own inability to get a first down.

Drew wasn't at his best. Neither was Sean. Give NE credit for doing the best anyone has ever done on Jimmy. They came to play and had a good plan for us. Should we get another crack at them I'd bet the results are much different.

Everybody just relax. As I have said, there is NO SHAME in losing to that team in THEIR place. No shame a'tall.
