Bills and Jets look good today.
Our gauntlet may start sooner than I thought. I thought these two games would be games that would give us momentum going into our tough part. Looks like neither are to be slept on. Jets beat Patriots and have not looked as bad this year as I thought. Bills beat Miami, who was suppposed to be a contender when we played them undefeated and havnt done squat since. In fact every team we have beaten has a loosing record or is at 500.

Re: Bills and Jets look good today.
If you are making the case that the Pats aren't good because they lost to the Jets -- well -- I don't agree. However, I agree that the Bills aren't going to be a cake walk. Good news is that no one who plays or coaches for the Saints is confused about that. It is not like we don't buckle our chin straps when playing the Bucs either.
However, given a good game plan with matchups in mind -- and if we can somehow shut down the run -- we should be OK. How is JG? Really would like to know. |

Jets QB seems to play good on odd weeks, plays bad on even numbered weeks.
That would say he will stink this weekend and play good against the Saints. |

I didn't think the Bills looked all that good. The Dolphins could have easily won that game. However, look out for the Williams brothers on that D-Line. They are a nasty bunch.
TannyHill also played a horrible game with a few easy picks thrown. I don't expect Drew to do the same. |

Had the same thought yesterday. Bills and Jets are not to be underestimated. Look on the positive side though, they are beatable. And now we may not be heading into those games with any hint of attitude or over-confidence.
Boring side-note, Bears are over .500 but only just. And they were not impressive yesterday outside of running the ball Do I win the 2013 Picky Prize? |

They are hit and miss every week. If the Saints play there game, should end up on the winning side.

Re: Bills and Jets look good today.
You are confusing good players with being a good team. The Bills have some good players. All teams do, but the Bills actually do have some talent. But the total package, to put it all together on the field, every week, and win consistently? They do not have that.
More or less the same with the Jets; a few good players, but not a great team, and not really built to win. Both the Bills and the Jets have records that are statistically about the same outcome as random, flipping a coin. Plus yesterday they were playing against the Pats who they play twice a year, which is like us playing the Falcons where both teams know each other inside and out and it's a real dogfight. |

Re: Bills and Jets look good today.
Yeah, but both of those were divisional games. A team is always going to play bigger/better against a team in their division.
We get the Bills at home after a bye week. Dome will be off the meter crazy. Ideal situation. Then go to the Jets with some momentum rolling. |
