I'll have to re-watch it tonight. Several people are saying it was tipped. It didn't look tipped on the 1st replay. |
Re: Kenny Stills
The kid has great hands. No question about that...
But am I the only one who thinks he's S-L-O-W? I mean, he was almost ran down by a LB/DE (Jerry Hughes) yesterday. Hughes is certainly no burner. During the ATL game he was totally run down by the CB's in Week 1. #23 made him look downright pedestrian. Thoughts? JD |

Re: Kenny Stills
I don't think he's slow, he does look around quite abit after he's caught the ball
I personally would rather have a guy like stills that makes the catch and protects the ball than one who makes the catch and gets it stripped. Kenny is natural WR, he looks like he understands the game, with drew as his QB, he will work on the subtle things that makes the Drew - WR connections great |

The play in the video, Kenny is running at an angle towards the right sideline because of the pursue on his left (which BTW Kenny burned to get open and make the catch), the CB who caught him is running north-south to his right. Yesterday's play, Kenny had to slow down and wait for the ball, whereas the LB was coming at him full speed; but once Kenny caught the ball, he had enough acceleration to still get away from the LB. |
