Re: Trade Deadline Today
This is the most worthless trade deadline in all of sports, no one that could make any impact will move teams today

Glazer: Seahawks not pursuing Jared Allen
Posted by Mike Florio on October 29, 2013, 2:07 PM EDT Glazer Getty Images The man who first reported that Vikings defensive end Jared Allen could be traded now reports that the Seahawks are not in the hunt to trade for him. Contrary to a report from Adam Schefter of ESPN, Jay Glazer of FOX Sports reports that, while two teams are indeed exploring the possibility of trading for Allen, the Seahawks are not in the mix — and they have not been talking to the Vikings. It’s unclear at this point whether a deal will happen. Coincidentally (or not), the Vikings signed free-agent defensive end Justin Trattou on Tuesday. If Allen goes, Trattou would keep the head count of defensive ends at the same number. |
"Two receivers to the left, Garcon to the right. Manning in the shotgun, puts Collie in motion. Looks in his direction...it's picked off! It's picked off! It's Tracy Porter again! He's runnin' free! He's gonna go all the way!

Pro-rate and add a 1-2% at the break, or extend the deadline by a month so the new team only has to assume 33% of the incoming player's salary |
