Well, I saw the Panthers/failclowns and Browns/Bengals coming, but the rest of 'em? Yeah, I was thinking 'bizzaro' world, ... especially when Romo came back after throwing what should have been a game-ending interception, . I'm hoping GB puts an end to the nonsense tonight.

All this "teams we should beat" and teams "we're so much better than but lost to" - I think it's a load of crap, and here's why.

Because parity in the NFL is such that there are only 1 or 2 teams each year every other team should beat, and the rest are ANY GIVEN SUNDAY teams that can beat any team on any given Sunday. Right now NO TEAM should lose to the Jacksonville Jaguars period. If you lose to the Jags you 100% were unprepared or smoked too much dope the night before. Second, NO TEAM should lose to the Texans - an overblown talented team that's a sorry excuse for a wet rag.

Ya'll might ask "what about the Bucs" and I say they have a decent little defense and the fact that they have no QB is nothing new because I always thought Josh Freeman was an over-hyped punk. But I think the Bucs will win a game or two in spite of themselves, their idiot head coach, and their laughably mismanaged organization.

Seriously, the Jets beat the Patriots, the Patriots beat us, but we were supposed to beat the Jets because they got beat like a drum by the Bungals who just got beat by Miami, and we smeared Miami all over the continental U.S. 3 games ago???? How does that justify we SHOULD have beat the Jets? I don't get that, especially considering the Jets are prepared one week and not prepared the next, and the Saints game fell on the week they were supposed to be prepared.

That dog don't hunt. Again, this isn't aimed at anyone, just calling this out because every week is a SHOCK in the NFL based on head to head match-ups.

Fans on here know this reality by and large. I do think however we know we are good enough a team that a complete beat down on us is likely unlikely.

Its all about match ups. Nothing to do with who you should beat. We simply don't match up well with teams that have good lines.

There is also no such thing as parity. You have the top 4 teams being the top 4 teams every year.

If it ain't parity, then it's dilution ... used to be you could count on teams to win/lose week-in, week-out ... the talent-pool is spread out so thin now, picking winners is a crap-shoot!
