I think the best defense against Moss is playing him physical. McKenzie has experience facing Moss, being the former #1 CB for the Packers. He\'s a better option than Thomas right now to just throw in man to man on Moss at all times. You don\'t need to have a massive grasp of the defensive scheme if your job is simply man coverage on one guy at all times.
It\'s a good move on our part, for this game at least. |

Does anyone know who usually gets the better of the other? I\'ve never seen McKenzie go up against Moss before...

In the last two years, Moss has been pretty much unstoppable against man coverages. MM will get smoked if we\'re not rolling the safeties or LBs to help in out.

If McKenzie can avoid being flagged and still manage to jam Moss at the line and get him frustrated early, we MAY be able to take him out of the game mentally.
That\'s not to say that Mwende Moore won\'t still run for 150 yards, Culpepper won\'t tear us up with his feet and throwing to Burleson and Robinson. I just don\'t see the Saints coming out of this one with a win. The question is whether it will even be close. |
