BIG game, no doubt. Carolina is coming along, and this is the team going into this season that irritates me considering how they are built: ball control and strong defensive front. Built to beat us and the Clowns. And we have always had problems with CAR historically, this year no different. We cannot let the Girls come in and beat us at our house. 2009 is still fresh in my mind.

This game is almost a must win. The Panthers made a huge statement tonight. Time for us to answer with a win and let them know they still gotta come through us.
IF we lose against the Cowboys it is going to be a tough row to hoe over the course of the next few weeks. Hell the Rams game might even be a close one.

Not exactly the same boat; the Saints are on the Queen Mary and the Cowboys are on the Titanic!

We drop back into a tie after a 5-0 start and it's going to feel like we're taking on water to me...

Yep. Especially with the remaining schedule and the way we have been playing. And lest face it, we are 6-2, but we probably look worse than any other 6-2 or even 6-3 team out there the way our O line and special teams have been playing.

Re: Saints and Cowboys in same boat

I was guilty of this: looking waaay too far ahead. Win this freakin' division, because obviously this division is not NEARLY as won as some of us (me the supreme king of this guilt) thought just a few weeks ago. This game matters more than any of our previous games. I have yet to say that we've had a "must win" game thus far, but I'm breaking the seal Week 10 considering the outcomes from earlier today. And dad-gummed Ware is also playing tonight, who simply gives us fits. So, my "must win game" comes in Week 10 against the Girls in the Dome. Crowd...get your butts outta the seats and make them Girls' ears bleed!

I sure hope you mean the Queen Mary 2; the Queen Mary isn't going to do any more sailing than the Titanic is.

Coming along, their defense is off the charts. I could see them winning the super bowl
