7-7 last week, 87-60 overall. Looking to make a comeback this week, ;).

Week 11

Indianapolis at Tennessee - Thurs Nite's have been a disaster for me, so this week I'm going with the unconventional pick.
N.Y. Jets at Buffalo - home cookin'.
Atlanta at Tampa Bay - flip a coin, then disregard Can'tlanta.
Detroit at Pittsburgh - these aren't your daddy's Steelers.
Washington at Philadelphia - just a hunch.
Arizona at Jacksonville - usually don't pic ARI on the road, but it's the Jags.
Oakland at Houston - Houston has a problem, but it's OAK and it's at home.
Baltimore at Chicago - If they'd of started McCown vs DET, they probably would have done better ... just sayin'.
Cleveland at Cincinnati - will the real Andy Dalton please show up?
San Diego at Miami - this is my "I just don't like you at the moment" pick. Miami is a reality TV show.
Green Bay at N.Y. Giants - Matt Flynn has had really only one game of note that I remember, and it was against the Lions.
Minnesota at Seattle - this one's gonna' be ugly.
San Francisco at New Orleans - Geaux Saints!
Kansas City at Denver - whenever I pick against the 'elite' guy in these type of contests, I usually lose.
New England at Carolina - see above.

Boutte nailed it and that right there is what makes our Pick'em the #1 Pick'em in the country, :mrgreen: ... in other news, 99-47 is pretty darned good and 146 total games is about right, give or take a few.

They did. Tennessee had a whole drive before the second half only moving the ball with Colts penalties. I couldn't believe it. It looked like the Colts were just imploding.

:pissed:, this is exactly what I'm talking about what is wrong with the NFL! Thursday Nite Football sucks! It inconveniences the fans, destroys family values, the players/coaches don't like it, yada, yada, yada ... it also emphasizes the fact there are too many teams in the league and the talent pool has become seriously watered down ... can't hold onto a 14pt first quarter lead, for crissake, :rolleyes: ... "YES", I had Tennessee, "YES", I'm 0-1 to start the week off AGAIN, :burn: ... "NO", it wasn't my plan to drop the first game and go 14-0 the rest of the way, :brood:.

Chiefs vs Broncos in Denver.... I didn't think a new thread in the NFL area would be needed. I'm just curious.

Who thinks the Chiefs can take Denver at home?

The Chiefs offense doesn't score more than 20 points per game.

Their defense puts up a lot of points and that is not going to be easy against Manning/Moreno

The highest scoring player on the team by a long shot is the kicker.

I think we're looking at KCs first loss of the season. They haven't played anybody this weekend...until now. They've played fluff all season. No way KC wins in Dever tomorrow night.

10-5 this week, 97-65 overall ... I think only the second week this season I've been in double digits. Saw an interesting stat during one of the games I watched this weekend, 100 of 147 games played were within 7pts going into the 4thQtr (or something like that) ... nearly 2/3 of games ... this is what I'm talking about with NFL, it's a crapshoot.
