We handed that team every single point they got. This should have been a blowout. The positive is that stupid mistakes can be corrected. There are also a ton of positives that came out of this game. IMO the O line did a near fantastic job protecting Drew and creating holes for most of the game against a VERY stout defense.
They are going to need to play like this for the rest of the season because Seattle and Carolina have very similar defenses. It was a good test and I was encouraged by it.
We are going to be going up against some pretty damn good defenses from here on out, even the Bucs are starting to hit pretty damn hard on that side of the ball.

The fact is that the 49ers are a very physical and dangerous team. They seem to have our number most times but not today.

Did I see them flash a 4rthQtr offensive stat, Saints-114yds/Niners-2yds? I thought I may have not read it right, but if that was the case, it's certainly a testimony to the defense, :mrgreen:.

Oh my god, the whining goes on for, like, 10 pages about ONE call!!

Also, calling people "F*g" or some variation of it needs to stop. It's ridiculous and horrible. And if you'd think one city's fanbase would understand that, it would be SAN FRANCISCO!

I am very sorry to the original poster, that the team did not live up to your high expectations, by beating the team that very nearly won the Super Bowl last year.

I am serious when I say that I truly believe their coach coaches them to complain for flags.

They do it on defense too, I mean they frigan cry alllll game both sides of the ball. AGREE

seems fans and team are alike. How can they possibly cry about the calls in that game?
