So the dude who got away with murdering someone and then taking steroids so he could come back and play in the superbowl has aligned himself with an overrated mouth breather (who, arguably, only won the superbowl cause his coach video taped the other teams play calls) to say that Brooks was wrongfully accused of blatantly tomahawk chopping a star qb in the throat? Sorry, I'm not drinking the kool-aid.

Isn't Kaepernick a runner in this situation? Someone brought this up on Twitter last night during the game and someone else had commented that since Kaepernick was out of the pocket, that it's not the same hit. IDK though. I'd like to hear y'alls input.
