You make some good points ... the Whiners were up 20-17 at that point and the fumble recovery after the hit would have hypothetically put the proverbial nail-in-the-coffin with 3:12 left. Giving the ball back to an explosive offense like the Saints is what frustrates the Whiners most, because everyone on the planet knew NO was gonna' win that game/score with the ball back ... hehehehe,

So the dude who got away with murdering someone and then taking steroids so he could come back and play in the superbowl has aligned himself with an overrated mouth breather (who, arguably, only won the superbowl cause his coach video taped the other teams play calls) to say that Brooks was wrongfully accused of blatantly tomahawk chopping a star qb in the throat? Sorry, I'm not drinking the kool-aid.

Even if the initial contact was legal the continuation of the tackle is a clear cut foul. Watch Brooks' right hand and arm.

Isn't Kaepernick a runner in this situation? Someone brought this up on Twitter last night during the game and someone else had commented that since Kaepernick was out of the pocket, that it's not the same hit. IDK though. I'd like to hear y'alls input.
