Isn't Kaepernick a runner in this situation? Someone brought this up on Twitter last night during the game and someone else had commented that since Kaepernick was out of the pocket, that it's not the same hit. IDK though. I'd like to hear y'alls input.

Ones a takedown (tackle) the other a BLOW. The rule addresses "blows" to the head and neck area...not tackles. Also, you see the beginning of one and the ending of another. You need to see both in their entirety to see the actual difference.
