Mike McKenzie already talking back to Haz!
Moss caught two passes for 89 yards, including a 43-yard touchdown when he burned corner Mike McKenzie on a perfectly thrown ball deep in the right corner of the end zone. McKenzie spent the middle two quarters on the sideline after exchanging words with Haslett and proved to be a non-factor in his debut.

Not surprised. I think MM is physically gifted, but that move wreaked of an SOS call. The ship was sinking, Haslett realized Craft might not have been the right CB to go after in the off-season, and he had to do something. I dunno - it\'s way to early to make a determination on this guy - I just hope we get a no nonsense kind of coach in here who can control this guy.

Mike McKenzie already talking back to Haz!
From my point of view Mckenzie would have been able to make the play had he not been shoved. We also recieved a pass interfernce call in the inzone when Moss held one of our corners down while attempted to leap for the pass. I think the referees made some ugly calls in this game. These are no excuses but legitamate gripes coming from a fan that loves the passing game. I think if a couch can challenge a play he should be able to challenge a bad call.

The funny thing that I noticed about Moss last night was that for the most part, our corners were right with him. He should\'ve been called for at least 3 offensive pass interference calls, especially on his TD catch. I guess you can get away with those kind of things when you\'re the best receiver in the game and you play the Saints. :casstet:
