In all honesty, I don't want fans or the media to give our defense a nick name.

A nick name for a defense has to be earned. The one way to earn it and make it stick is when opposing offenses and coaches give your defense a name.

No need to try and be a rapper giving himself a nick name that becomes an unfulfilled self prophecy. Capone was a gangster.... These douches are want-to-bes.

Oak agree, if they do get a call sign it will come from the media and by that point it will have been earned. They are actually a fairly solid defense, nothing amazing but certainly nothing to even consider taking lightly. I think they would have to run the table and kick up a lot of dirt from this point on to even get nicknamed. It could happen though is the point I was making.

When health returns and we get into the playoffs Ive a gut feeling we are going to out preform our present pace. That defense of 09' was no head turner but once we got into the playoffs they played very stout.
