Perhaps he's already healed? I can't see them activating him unless he has completely healed.

Also, it may be that he's 99% healed and by playoff time he'll be 100% healed AND in football shape.

I wouldn't mind having a healthy speedy OLB available for that trip to Seattle, if we have to go there.
