Brooks fined
this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; It may well be a ridiculous fine. The problem is, Goodell has established a precedence of ridiculous fines and he can't deviate from that. To not fine Brooks would invalidate half the fines he's handed out this season. He's 'fined/legislated' ...
